1. Shipping Destinations
We ship across India and to most international locations, including the United States (USA), UK, Canada, and Australia.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days.
- International (USA/Global): 7–12 business days via reputed carriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pooja Bhakti is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@poojabhakti.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98875 82027. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will ensure a replacement or refund is processed for damaged items.
