At Pooja Bhakti, we take great pride in the quality of our spiritual and traditional products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Since we deal with delicate copper and brassware, we ensure premium packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product:

  • Please take a photo of the item and the packaging.
  • Contact us immediately at admin@poojabhakti.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98875 82027.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for damaged goods.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to a change of mind.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), Pooja Bhakti will cover the shipping costs.
