At PoojaBhakti.com, we take great care in packaging and delivering our spiritual products to you. However, due to the fragile nature of some items and the long-distance shipping involved, there may be rare cases where a product arrives damaged.

We have a strict return policy that applies only in the case of products that are broken or damaged upon delivery.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product you received is damaged or broken
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the package
  • You provide clear photos or video proof of the damaged item along with the original packaging

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received in good condition
  • Minor variations in color/design due to screen or handmade nature
  • Delay due to customs or international courier
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.

🚚 Return Shipping

In most cases, return shipping is not required if valid proof of damage is provided. If we request the item to be returned, detailed instructions will be provided.
